Position Summary
The Marketing Operations Coordinator is the operational backbone of our marketing team.
You will coordinate and track marketing campaigns across multiple digital and offline channels—social, paid media, email, content, video, and more.
You will manage creative workflows, maintain marketing calendars, collaborate with contractors, publish content, support email campaigns, track campaign performance, and ensure that all marketing outputs are delivered with consistency and quality.
This is not a strategy role. This is a hands-on execution, coordination, and operations role for someone who thrives on structure, deadlines, communication, and making sure projects get done.
The right candidate is proactive, hyper-organized, tech-comfortable, detail-oriented, capable of communicating and contributing to a dedicated marketing team, and eager to grow into a full-time role as the company scales.
What You’ll Do
Core Responsibilities
- Coordinate and track marketing campaigns across multiple digital channels, including social media, paid channels, video distribution, email marketing, and basic website updates.
- Manage and route creative assets (graphics, videos, copy) between the founder, internal team members, and outside vendors.
- Own the marketing calendar, deadlines, and task board to ensure on-time execution across all campaigns.
- Schedule and publish content on social media platforms, email marketing campaigns (broadcast automated), YouTube and video platforms, and basic landing pages or website sections
- Upload, organize, and maintain content across tools like Meta Business Suite, YouTube Studio, Canva, and website CMS tools.
- Ensure weekly content—videos, graphics, blog repurposing, campaign updates—goes live consistently.
- Track and summarize performance metrics for paid marketing, email, and social campaigns.
- Maintain brand assets, content libraries, and marketing documentation.
- Coordinate deliverables and timelines across multiple team members, agencies, and contractors.
- Assist with CRM tasks including tagging, segmentation, lead organization, and simple workflow updates.
- Support light lawyer-matching operations including confirming availability, sending follow-ups, and updating notes.
- Ensure alignment between marketing, intake, and matching teams through strong communication and process adherence.
- Maintain a tight, organized, and efficient workflow across all marketing initiatives.
Experience We’re Looking For
- 3 years in marketing coordination, creative operations, or agency account coordination.
- Hands-on experience working with designers, video editors, creative vendors, or marketing contractors.
- Experience coordinating or publishing content on multiple digital platforms.
- Familiarity with tools like Google Drive, Canva, Adobe Premiere (or similar), Trello/Asana/ClickUp, and CRM systems.
- Exposure to tracking and reporting on multi-channel marketing campaigns (paid ads, social media, email).
- Strong organizational, administrative, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and competing priorities.
- Comfortable with spreadsheets, light CRM/automation tasks, and AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, etc.).
- Tech-forward mindset with the ability to adopt new tools quickly.
- Experience in a startup, agency, or fast-paced marketing environment.
- Familiarity with Meta Business Suite or social scheduling platforms.
- Experience working with video content, short-form video editing, or ad production workflows.
- Experience updating simple website content or landing pages.
- Comfortable communicating with lawyers or other professional service providers.

Hours & Structure

Compensation
- Contract rate: $20–$26/hour, depending on experience
