Senior Crypto Product Manager

Why this Role, Why Now 

Inpay is entering its next phase: enabling seamless fiat and crypto transactions for our B2B and B2B2C customers across global markets. With growing customer demand for crypto withdrawals, payouts, and collections, and a long-term ambition to issue and operate our own stablecoin infrastructure, the need for a dedicated product owner for our Crypto stream has never been clearer. 

We’re already live with initial crypto capabilities and have active customer interest — but scaling this into a reliable, monetizable product line needs a sharp, hands-on Product Manager who can cut through ambiguity, drive cross-functional execution, and deliver real value to customers quickly. 

• Lead the end-to-end product strategy and execution for Inpay’s crypto offerings: withdrawals, top-ups, payouts, collections, and partner integrations. 
• Design and deliver intuitive, compliant, and scalable flows across: 
• Wallet verification and KYC layers 
• Stablecoin conversion and FX routing 
• 3rd-party crypto provider orchestration 
• Customer-facing APIs and internal tools 
• Partner closely with Engineering, Treasury, Risk, Compliance, and Network teams to bring crypto capabilities from MVP to scale. 
• Define, own, and track clear product success metrics — from conversion rates to provider coverage, transaction reliability, and customer adoption. 
• Translate strategy into clear, prioritized roadmaps and delivery plans, ensuring alignment with broader company goals (e.g., go-to-market timelines, corridor expansion, and platform maturity). 

• You’re not just excited about crypto — you’ve shipped real products in fintech, payments, or crypto.
• You’re commercially aware, detail-oriented, and execution-focused. You bridge business goals and technical constraints to drive meaningful outcomes. 

• Min. 7 years of product management experience, with at least 5  years in crypto, fintech, or payments 
• Proven experience working with B2B or B2B2C APIs, preferably in payments or embedded finance 
• Familiarity with crypto on/off ramps, wallet flows, and KYC/compliance implications 
• Ability to work with external providers, internal engineers, and regulatory/compliance teams 
• Strong communication and stakeholder alignment skills 

• Experience with stablecoin flows, treasury tools, or FX/risk-controlled routing 
• Understanding of crypto liquidity, custody, and settlement flows 
• Prior work in a scale-up environment or building v1 crypto infrastructure 

• Ownership of one of Inpay’s most strategic product areas 
• A front-row seat in transforming how customers send and receive value globally
