- Manage calendars, appointments, and travel schedules
- Assist with event planning when needed
- Handle basic office tasks like filing, data entry, and invoices
Skills
- Experience as a personal or administrative assistant
- Strong organization and time management skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Professional phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and stay detail-oriented
