Duties

  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations of existing programs to determine their success and areas for enhancement
  • Develop evaluation frameworks and metrics aligned with organizational objectives
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret data related to program outcomes using various data collection methods
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings to stakeholders
  • Manage volunteer teams and oversee their engagement in program activities
  • Assist in program development by providing evaluative feedback and strategic recommendations
  • Coordinate with project teams to ensure evaluation processes are integrated seamlessly into ongoing initiatives
  • Utilize social media management skills to promote program successes and gather community feedback
  • Support fundraising efforts through data-driven insights and outreach strategies
  • Participate in public speaking engagements to share evaluation results and advocate for program improvements

  • Proven experience in volunteer management, supervising teams, and project management
  • Strong public speaking abilities with experience in presenting complex information clearly
  • Expertise in program development, social work, public health, or addiction counseling preferred

  • Excellent leadership qualities with demonstrated experience in recruiting, teaching, or training others

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $56,278.51 - $67,776.27 per year
