Job Description:

We are looking for Reports Officers, at all levels, to join our intelligence program supporting a key government sponsor in Northern Virginia. As a Reports Officer, you will provide guidance on intelligence collection and directing the dissemination of key information.Additional support will include providing comprehensive briefings to customer management regarding reporting statistics.

This posting is for multiple opportunities ranging in years of experience. All positions require possession of a current/active TS/SCI with Polygraph. Applicants will be evaluated and placed in a level from 2-5 based off their experience and customer feedback after multiple assessments.

The Reports Officer shall possess the following capabilities:

• Demonstrated proficiency in the functions of a Reports Officer or CMO

• Experience related to intelligence reporting and requirements work

• Conduct research and analysis using customer tools and databases

• Strong written and oral communication, organization, and interpersonal skills

• Ability to develop and implement solutions to reporting gaps

• Ability to manage the production of reports

• Ability to identify and evaluate possible counterintelligence concerns, drive collection operations through written products and briefings.

• Ability to plan and organize tasks independently

• Experience with intelligence sources and collections.

Required Qualifications:

• Level 2

  • Three (3) years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree

• Level 3

  • Seven (7) years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree

• Level 4

  • Twelve (12) years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree

• Level 5

  • Twenty (20) years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree

**Five (5) years of additional relevant experience may be substituted for a college degree**

Position requires active Security Clearance with appropriate Polygraph.

Pay Range: Competitive
