What You’ll Own
- Set up and run a servo-driven narrow web digital–flexo hybrid press to produce jobs to precise specifications—experience required.
- Prepare for printing and die-cutting; load substrates, install tooling, mount plates, and set print impression.
- Verify that substrates, inks, and tooling meet all required specs before, during, and after runs.
- Fine-tune ink distribution, press speed, and drying temperatures for optimal results.
- Troubleshoot quickly to reduce downtime and minimize material waste.
- Perform routine maintenance, including oiling, cleaning, and minor repairs to keep the press production-ready.
- Proven experience on servo-driven narrow web presses such as Mark Andy, Nilpeter, MPS, Omet (or comparable platforms).
- Meticulous attention to detail with the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
- A solutions-first mindset focused on throughput, efficiency, and top-tier quality.
- Physical ability to lift, stand, and perform tasks required for press operations.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative, team-focused approach.
