What are the responsibilities and job description for the Interventional Cardiologist (MD/DO) position at Inova Health System?
Inova Schar Heart and Vascular Manassas seeks an experienced, board certified/eligible, non-invasive cardiologist to work clinically full-time at its outpatient office in Manassas with inpatient rounding at our Inova Hospitals. This physician will further develop a growing clinical practice that drives volume for Inova's cardiac diagnostic and imaging center and will take call at both locations.

APP Support. Academic culture with weekly conference, teaching medical students and residents. Participation in clinical trials.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Education: Doctor of Medicine degree from an accredited institution. Board eligible or board certified in Virginia.
- Experience: successful completion of residency program.
- Licensure: Current unrestricted license to practice medicine in the State of Virginia.
- Payer Credentialing: Ability to successfully complete the credentialing process by third-party payors and Ability to enrolled as a CMS Medicare/Medicaid payor
- Medical Staff Credentialing: Successful completion of credentialing for Medical Staff membership and appropriate clinical privileges sufficient to perform all required services
