We have openings for full-time and part-time roles with varies shifts and schedule to include weekends, evenings and nights generally working 12 hours. Behavioral Health Safety Coach Job Responsibilities:
- Facilitates the debrief of a safety event or safety concern.
- Participates in safety meetings and serve on the workplace violence committee.
- Educates, trains, and mentors Clinical Technicians and Mental Health Technicians on aspects of safety incident reporting.
- Disseminates and delivers safety messaging as appropriate to the organization.
- Provides direct care to patients under the direct supervision of the Registered Nurse.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Education: High School diploma or equivalent
- Experience: 2 years of relevant clinical work experience
- Certifications:
- Basic Life Support required upon start
- Vistelar required within 6 Months of hire
Preferred Qualifications:
- Psychiatry, Mental Health and Behavioral Health background
- Prior de-escalation training/experience
