What You’ll Do
As an Auto Lending Expert, you’ll provide high-quality service to both internal and external members by delivering prompt, efficient, and courteous support through phone and online channels.
Key responsibilities include:

Identify members’ financial needs and recommend appropriate auto lending solutions

Process and decision loan applications received by phone and online internet requests

Deliver consistent, professional service that strengthens member trust and long-term relationships

Ensure compliance with all credit union policies, procedures, and applicable regulations

Collaborate with team members and leadership to support lending goals and operational excellence
