Brief Description
Required Skills/Abilities:
The Sample Center Technician, reporting to the Customer Success Manager, is responsible for supporting daily operations within the Sample Center. Key responsibilities include maintaining inventory, preparing chemical samples, and managing packaging and shipments to ensure efficient and accurate fulfillment.

- Compile, fill, process, close & ship sample requests: utilize Inolex computer system to receive requests, fill and label jars of chemicals, pack and ship out packages.
- Maintain ample stock of filled jars.
- Monitor supply levels: stock of boxes, jars, packing materials and other supplies.
- Maintain sample center in organized structure.
- Maintain a clean and organized workplace that enables chemical handling and packaging activities to be completed according to defined safety & quality standards.
- Follow all safety procedures related to chemical handling & package handling.
- Review and evaluate Customer leads for the US and Canada.
- Communicate with required individuals to get tasks completed.
Required Skills/Abilities:

- Proficient with Microsoft Outlook
- Efficient time management skills.
- Ability to read and understand manuals and maintain proper records.

- Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems
- Experience with chemical handling.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 and EFFCI is preferred.
- An understanding of current OSHA/Process Safety practices & procedures is preferred.
- Associate degree (2-year) in a related field preferred.
- Prolonged periods of standing.
- Exposure to various chemicals and compounds.
- Must be able to lift pails up to 55 pounds; squatting and kneeling.
