Duties/Responsibilities:
- Drive revenue growth and profitability across new and existing customers in the West Coast region.
- Work closely with the regional team on West Coast performance and align with company goals.
- Manage and grow opportunity pipelines and submit new ideas into innovation pipelines.
- Represent Inolex at industry events, tradeshows, technical seminars, and client meetings across the region.
· Coordinate with supply chain and local warehouse on transfers and regional stocking strategies.
· Partner with clients to continuously educate, support formulation projects, and deliver high-value solutions.
· Collaborate with brands, consultants, and internal teams to uncover and address customer needs through questioning and understanding customer decision making.
· Maintain accurate CRM records, forecasts, budgets, precall planning, and call reports.
· Provide regular customer insights and market feedback to guide product development.
- Perform additional duties or special projects as required to support business and customer needs
