About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Bilingual Recruiter (English/Spanish) to join our team. This is a fully remote position focused on sourcing, screening, and placing candidates into hotel and hospitality roles across Ohio.
You will recruit candidates locally in the Homestead and Florida City, FL area, helping them secure employment opportunities that require relocation to Ohio. Positions range from entry-level housekeeping roles to senior leadership positions such as General Managers.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and attract qualified candidates within the Homestead and Florida City MSA
- Conduct interviews and pre-screen candidates for hospitality roles
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for positions including:
- Housekeepers
- Front Desk Agents
- Maintenance Staff
- Supervisors
- General Managers
- Clearly communicate relocation expectations and job details to candidates
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of talent for ongoing hotel staffing needs
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
- Track candidate progress and maintain accurate recruitment records
- Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Qualifications
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
- Previous recruiting or staffing experience (hospitality recruiting preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Comfortable sourcing candidates in local communities and through outreach
- Organized, detail-oriented, and goal-driven
Preferred Experience
- Experience recruiting for hotel or service industry roles
- Familiarity with relocation-based hiring
- Knowledge of the South Florida (Homestead/Florida City) labor market
