Licensed Play Therapist / Child Therapist (Full-Time)

Innsaei Child and Family Therapy
Orem, UT Full Time
POSTED ON 3/14/2026
AVAILABLE BEFORE 5/13/2026

About the Role

Innsaei Child & Family Therapy is seeking a child-focused therapist with play therapy experience to join our trauma-informed, holistic practice in Orem, Utah.

This role is ideal for clinicians who feel called to work deeply with children and families and want to grow within a collaborative, heart-centered clinical environment.

We are especially looking for therapists who already have training or meaningful experience in play therapy and are excited to continue developing that specialty.

🌱 Growth & Leadership Pathway

Innsaei prioritizes developing clinicians into long-term leaders. As our practice grows, therapists who demonstrate strong clinical skill, reliability, and alignment with our values may be considered for future Clinical Supervisor roles.

We strongly value promoting from within and supporting therapists who are interested in developing into leadership over time.

🧭 Who Thrives Here (Culture Fit)

You may be a strong fit if you:

  • Love working with kids and believe in the power of play
  • Value depth, presence, and authentic connection
  • Want a collaborative team (not siloed private practice energy)
  • Care about personal growth as much as professional growth
  • Prefer meaningful work over high-volume burnout models

  • Prefer highly medicalized or productivity-driven environments
  • Are looking for fully remote work
  • Prefer working exclusively with adults
(We include this to honor mutual fit and clarity.)
