We are looking for a hands-on, detail-driven Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee housekeeping operations across multiple boutique properties. This role is critical in maintaining high cleanliness standards, ensuring excellent guest experiences, and holding the team accountable for performance and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily housekeeping operations across multiple buildings and room types
- Inspect all cleaned rooms prior to guest check-in to ensure they meet company standards
- Ensure consistency in cleanliness, staging, and presentation across all units
- Train, mentor, and monitor housekeeping staff to maintain high performance and accountability
- Actively participate in daily cleaning tasks when needed, leading by example and ensuring all work meets standards
- Address and correct issues such as incomplete cleaning, poor presentation, or unprofessional behavior
- Coordinate closely with the front desk to prioritize early arrivals, same-day turnovers, and special requests
- Communicate with maintenance to report and follow up on repairs or issues found during inspections
- Manage linen and supply inventory across multiple properties
- Handle guest concerns related to housekeeping promptly and professionally
