Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced, independently licensed clinician (LCPC or LCSW) to provide direct therapeutic services to patients within our residential and mental health stabilization programs. This position requires a clinician who can operate autonomously within their scope of practice, including the ability to complete and sign off on their own clinical documentation and treatment plans.
The ideal candidate will have strong clinical judgment, a passion for patient-centered care, and prior experience mentoring or supporting other clinicians. This role provides opportunities for professional growth, leadership development, and future advancement within the department.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide individual, group, and family therapy to patients with substance use and/or mental health disorders.
- Conduct clinical assessments, develop treatment plans, and complete required documentation independently and in compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Participate in multidisciplinary treatment team meetings to ensure integrated, high-quality patient care.
- Support the clinical team through collaboration, consultation, and mentorship.
- Maintain all required documentation, ensuring compliance with DDAP, DHS, and Joint Commission standards.
- Participate in ongoing training, program development, and clinical improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
- Active Pennsylvania licensure as an LCSW or LCPC/LPC in good standing.
- Minimum of 2 years of post-licensure clinical experience in behavioral health or substance use treatment (supervisory or lead experience preferred).
- Ability to independently sign off on clinical documentation within scope of licensure.
- Experience with EMR systems and comfort working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a commitment to ethical and compassionate care.
