Requirements
- Licensure: Current Massachusetts Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of RN experience (BSN preferred).
- Psychiatric or Home Health Experience: Preferred but not required.
- Transportation: Reliable vehicle with active automobile insurance.
- Safety: Current CPR certification and N95 Fit Test completion.
Physical Demands & Environment
- Mobility: Frequent standing, walking, sitting, bending, and kneeling.
- Dexterity: Continuous use of hands and fingers for clinical documentation and patient care.
- Lifting: Occasional lifting, pushing, or transferring of patients and equipment (>25 lbs).
- Hazards: Regular exposure to bloodborne and airborne pathogens.
- Flexibility: Ability to work variable shifts, including morning and evening patient visits.
