- Wednesday: 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Thursday: 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Friday: 4:00 PM - 9:00 PM
- Saturday: 2:00 PM - 9:00 PM
Position Summary
We are seeking a Customer Service Coordinator to support our clinical team by managing incoming calls, coordinating patient schedules, and ensuring excellent service for patients and staff. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has strong communication and organizational skills.
Responsibilities
- Answer and triage incoming calls professionally and efficiently.
- Coordinate and maintain patient schedules and staff assignments.
- Communicate scheduling updates and patient concerns to clinical teams.
- Provide administrative support to on-call clinicians and office staff.
- Maintain confidentiality and comply with company policies and procedures.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to patients, families, and employees.
Qualifications
- Associate degree or equivalent work experience.
- 1 year of customer service experience.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Excel, and Word.
- Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Healthcare experience and bilingual Spanish skills are a plus.
