About the role
InnoVitale Spa is a luxury day spa in St. Petersburg, FL, known for facials, massage, nails and waxing, with a special focus on women's skin and wellness in midlife and menopause. Our clients notice the details, and so do we.
We're hiring a Spa Attendant / Housekeeping team member (weekends required) to keep InnoVitale Spa spotless, stocked and running smoothly behind the scenes. You're the person who notices the towel basket is getting low before anyone asks, and who takes real pride in a polished faucet. When you do your job well, our therapists stay focused on clients and every guest walks into a space that feels calm, clean and cared for.
What you'll do
Linens and service support
- Wash, dry, fold, sort and put away all spa linens
- Prepare hot towels for therapists before and during services
- Wash, dry and put away client glassware
Guest areas and treatment rooms
- Sweep and vacuum floors and rugs between appointments
- Wipe down furniture in treatment rooms and throughout the spa
- Clean bathroom counters and polish fixtures and light switches
- Dust retail shelves so products always look their best
- Restock client chocolates, trailmix, tea and water
- Monitor trash cans and replace liners when full
Back of house
- Keep the backroom clean and organized, including the sink, refrigerator and all surfaces
- Help maintain, organize and put away housekeeping supplies, and flag when we're running low
Exterior
- Water and weed the front planters and beds when needed
- Take trash cans to the curb and bring them back in on schedule
- Pick up litter in the parking lot when needed so the first impression is a good one
Other related duties as assigned to keep the spa running smoothly.

- Able to work independently and manage your time between appointments
- Prior housekeeping, hospitality, spa or laundry experience is a plus, not a must. We'll train the right person.
Physical requirements
- Stand, walk, bend and reach for most of your shift
- Lift and carry 25 lbs easily (laundry loads, supplies, trash bags) and up to 50 lbs on occasion
- Frequently twist and turn.
- Push and pull 12lbs to 40 lbs (vacuum cleaners etc) frequently
- Roll trash cans to and from the curb
- Safely use common cleaning products and laundry equipment
Schedule, pay and perks
- Schedule: 35-37 hours per week - Weekends are required
- Pay: $18 per hour
