Summary: Cloud Solutions Architects design and implement scalable, secure, and efficient cloud-based solutions. They ensure that cloud architectures meet business requirements and align with organizational strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design cloud infrastructure and solutions based on business needs.
- Evaluate cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform) and recommend services.
- Collaborate with development and operations teams for seamless integration.
- Ensure security, compliance, and governance in cloud deployments.
- Develop and maintain cloud architecture documentation.
- Monitor cloud system performance and optimize costs.
- Provide guidance on best practices for cloud adoption.
- Participate in proof-of-concepts and pilot projects.
- Mentor technical teams on cloud architecture principles.
- Stay updated with emerging cloud technologies and trends.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- 5 years of experience in cloud architecture or engineering.
- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms and services.
- Experience with security, networking, and cloud governance.
Preferred Skills/Duties:
- Cloud certifications (AWS Solutions Architect, Azure Architect).
- Experience with microservices, serverless, and containerized applications.
- Ability to lead cloud migration projects.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
