About the Role:
We are looking for a UI Designer who thrives in a fast-paced creative environment and is passionate about designing intuitive, mobile-first experiences. You will work in-house with our San Diego team, collaborating across departments to bring ideas to life in Figma while crafting designs that are not only beautiful but built to convert.
What You’ll Do:
- Design engaging, mobile-first user interfaces across web and app platforms using Figma
- Collaborate closely with UX, development, and creative teams to bring ideas from concept to completion
- Maintain and evolve design systems that ensure consistency, scalability, and high performance
- Balance creativity with conversion by creating designs that inspire and drive measurable results
- Translate creative direction into pixel-perfect execution while prioritizing accessibility and usability
- Manage multiple projects, feedback cycles, and deadlines with calm focus and flexibility
- Contribute fresh, forward-thinking ideas that push creative boundaries while staying aligned with brand standards
What We’re Looking For:
- 2 years of experience in UI or digital product design
- Strong portfolio showcasing mobile-first design and Figma expertise
- Proven ability to design interfaces that are visually compelling and conversion-focused
- Familiarity with ADA accessibility standards (experience is a plus)
- Strong understanding of layout, color, typography, and responsive design
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, team-first attitude
- Calm under pressure and comfortable juggling multiple projects, edits, and requests
Bonus Points:
- Experience designing for social, eCommerce, or interactive digital platforms
- Motion design or prototyping experience within Figma or similar tools
