INNOVIM Defense Services is seeking a Mission Analyst to join our team supporting the Integrated Research and Development for Enterprise Solutions (IRES) program at the Missile Defense Agency (MDA). INNOVIM supports the development, implementation, sustainment, and operations of enclaves and systems that manage missile defense training, events, analysis, and operations.
Location: Schriever SFB, Colorado Springs, CO
Position Closes: 12/21/25
Travel Required: Travel to both CONUS and OCONUS locations up to 15% of the time

The Candidate Will
- Collect, review and analyze exercise and real-world missile test performance data, reports and results for functional anomalies.
- Assists in the performance of risk and impact assessments of changes and upgrades to systems to ensure end-to-end data integrity.
- Participate in Combatant Command Health Checks, providing technical assistance for improving warfighter operations in support to their missile warning operations
- Compare and evaluate multiple data sets against operational requirements, intelligence data and Tactics, Techniques and Procedures to identify and report conformance factors against applicable standards and operational specifications.
- Compile, develop and present findings and recommendations to improve requirements, system development and integration approaches to meet current and future capabilities.
- With guidance, develop and present appropriate reports, briefings, results and recommendations multiple mission communities, stakeholders and boards.
- Coordinate and collaborate with multiple mission partners, agencies, team members, and government representatives on a regular basis.
- Assist in maintaining Ultra High Frequency (UHF) satellite radios in operations and communication security (COMSEC) management.
- Must have 3, or more, years of experience in an engineering field
- Must be familiar with Microsoft Office suite
- Must have a current DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification (Security CE, CySA, etc.)
- Must be able to travel to both CONUS and OCONUS locations up to 15% of the time
- Must have an active DoD Secret Security Clearance
- Must be able to obtain a Top Secret SCI clearance
- Have a basic understanding of missile warning (MW) and missile defense (MD) operations
- Be familiar with MW and MD tactical data processor systems
- COMSEC briefed

Salary : $95,000 - $110,000
