Team Background
As part of Client's IMO governance structure, a TSA (Transition Service Agreement) team has been created. The workstream's priority is to oversee the overall TSA exit process [creating detailed workplans for each TSA, executing the agreed upon exit plan, monitor the execution of the seller's workplans for rTSAs and administer the change control process. Candidate must possess a strong business acumen, collaborative workstyle and with strong communication and organizational skills.
Looking for an individual with an analytical / consultative mindset to support Finance workstream having past experience in below scope and deliverables :
9-month engagement and likely to extend into 2026.
The first 5-6 months will be supporting client's Global Finance Integration Lead and Our PM, with the mobilization of the global Finance workstream and executing on key priorities such as the TSA exits, process documentation and improvements, supporting the dry run for Q2 reporting for June.
The next 3-4 months will be focused the Global NAC Finance Project with this scope :
Global NAC key processes : Finish documentation (i.e., flowcharts and narratives)
Financials : Understand NAC team's process and roles / responsibilities for reporting financial results
Gap analysis : Identify key gaps in processes, controls, and resources.
Finance organization : Recommend Finance responsibilities and roles to move to CFO's team
Direct the planning, execution, and measurement / status reporting of the TSA workstream.
Identify improvement opportunities for the workstream and develop actionable solutions.
Manage change and ensure effective communication across all stakeholders.
Ensure effective change management practices are utilized throughout the program lifecycle.
Create timelines, agendas, communications, and reporting and toolsets for workstreams.
Provide direction and support to program members throughout the TSA exit lifecycle.
Administer the change request process.
