INNOVIM is seeking a Jr. Media Librarian who supports North American Aerospace Defense Command (NORAD) on the Integrated Tactical Warning/Attack Assessment (ITW/AA) and Space Support Contract II (NISSC II).

Shift: Day Shift
The candidate will:
- Validate the accuracy and tracking delivery of Media Kits across a geographically separated mission.
- Process high volumes of media kits for classified shipments to various site locations.
- Administer and support scheduling, reviewing, and communicating the state of deliveries with senior leadership and customers.
- Support classified courier of documents and/or shipments on and off base.
- Log, track, and maintain multiple data bases
- Assist in coordinating classified shipment pickups to NSA for destruction
Basic Requirements:
- Active Secret Clearance is required
- Detail oriented individual that can follow established instructions
- Keen attention for detail
- Ability to communicate and document deficiencies within the delivery process
- Ability to read and interpret standards, communicating needs across the program
- Ability to track and maintain a catalog of all previous and upcoming deliveries
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to manage document baselines for staff delivering artifact changes
