Field Service Supervisor, Pleasanton, TX

Position Overview:

Innovex International, Inc. is seeking an experienced Field Service Supervisor to oversee packer and R&S operations at the well site.

This position does not include direct reports or responsibility for supervising employees. The role is focused on technical execution, field decision-making, and job performance leadership at the well site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review job design and confirm job packets include the proper equipment and processes to achieve job objectives
• Identify contingencies and evaluate alternative courses of action to ensure successful job execution
• Take ownership of field operations and ensure jobs remain on track, safe, and efficiently executed
• Serve as the primary field representative at the well site and consult with customers as needed
• Conduct and document all Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) activities, including site assessments, risk analyses, safety meetings, and PPE compliance
• Complete all well site documentation and post-job reporting; participate in post-job reviews
• Troubleshoot operational issues and implement effective solutions during job execution
• Provide recommendations to clients to improve efficiency and achieve operational objectives
• Apply independent judgment and field experience to resolve problems arising during operations

Qualifications:

• Strong working knowledge of packer assembly and ability to troubleshoot downhole performance issues
• Proficiency with completion packers, R&S tools, and associated equipment
• Experience executing cement-related applications is a plus (not required)
• Strong ability to coordinate field activities and ensure job execution aligns with plan and objectives
• Demonstrated ability to make independent decisions in high-pressure field environments
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Experience:

• Prior field leadership or senior field execution experience in oilfield services
• Strong track record of delivering safe, high-quality results in well site operations

Work Environment:

• Field-based role with travel to various job sites
• Must be comfortable working in outdoor and physically demanding environments

Pay: $31.25 - $36.05 per hour
