Copeland Veterinary Hospital in Cookeville, TN, a proud member of the Innovetive Petcare family, is looking for a Full-Time Veterinary Receptionist to join our close-knit team.

Location: 821 E 10th St, Cookeville, TN 38501
Compensation: Starting at $14.00 /hour (based on experience and skill level)
Schedule: Rotating schedule with availability for evenings, weekends, and holiday support as needed.
Some of the responsibilities you will own in this role:
- Greet clients and patients with warmth, professionalism, and empathy
- Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage client communications
- Support the medical team by maintaining accurate records and facilitating smooth workflows
- Handle invoicing, payments, and front desk operations with attention to detail
- Provide client education and emotional support during stressful situations
- Keep the reception area clean, organized, and welcoming
- Work a rotating schedule that includes evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed to support hospital operations
- Previous veterinary, healthcare, or customer service experience is preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to remain calm and compassionate in emotionally charged situations
- Comfortable with technology and multitasking in a fast-paced environment
- A team-first attitude and commitment to helping pets and people
- Flexibility and reliability for rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays
