We’re currently looking to welcome a Part-Time Veterinary Receptionist to our front desk team. If you're someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves animals and people, and enjoys making someone's day a little brighter, we'd love to meet you!
This is a part-time role (less than 30 hours/week), with scheduling based on clinic needs. Weekend availability is a plus.

💬 What You'll Be Doing
- Greet clients and pets with warmth and professionalism
- Answer phones, schedule appointments, and gather medical histories
- Process invoices and handle payments accurately
- Fill prescriptions and manage food/OTC product requests
- Communicate clearly with doctors and techs about patient needs
- Ensure data is accurately entered into our software
- Keep our reception area clean, calm, and welcoming
- Support clients through both happy visits and tough goodbyes
