Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to lead the day-to-day coordination, financial performance, scheduling and execution of multiple commercial projects in the $50k to $2.5M range. This pivotal position is the key cog that connects the field operations and the administrative/contractual side.
In short, the PM ensures the project is executed on time, within budget and to specifications.
Full time, 40-hour work week, M-F typically 7am-3:30pm. Most projects are located in Manhattan, but must be able to reliably commute to all 5 boroughs and NJ as required. Vast majority of time will be spent working on-the-go in the field, but must be able to commute to our Staten Island office located at 680 Sharrotts Road when needed (no more than 1 or 2 days per week). No work from home or hybrid.
This position includes an optional 401(k) plan through associate membership in United Service Workers Union (USWU) Local 363A, and while it does not include healthcare insurance, we can negotiate a plan if that is a deal breaker.
