About the Role

Healthcare Recruiter responsibilities include sourcing, screening, and providing a shortlist of qualified candidates for various nursing roles. You will also network online and offline with potential candidates to promote our employer brand, reduce our time-to-hire, and ensure we attract the best professionals. Ultimately, you will build a strong pipeline and help hire and retain skilled clinicians for our Nursing, Physician, and Allied Professional positions for Travel and Perm.

Responsibilities

• Build/maintain relationships with internal/external customers
• Effectively utilize existing recruitment resources and develops new sources and contacts
• Manage the recruitment and placement process for openings including: identifying and screening candidates to match position requirements, submitting candidates to account management, and following-up for feedback
• Utilize effective interviewing techniques when interviewing candidates to ensure fit for the position, while considering both clinical and behavioral aspects
• Sell candidates on the merits of employment with Innovent Global. Uses creativity, communication, and sales skills to best meet the needs of the candidates
• Ability to discuss salary, close deals, and verify start dates
• Ability to handle high volume of inbound/outbound phone calls/emails
• Maintains and enters applicant information in proprietary applicant tracking system
• Ability to set expectations with identified candidates in regards to timely on-boarding, compliance, and commitments to schedule shift regularly
• Appropriately handle escalations and problem solve

Qualifications

• Minimum (2) years proven work experience as a Recruiter in healthcare for travel and perm nurse opportunities
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Hands-on experience with various interview formats (e.g., phone)
• Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g., social media recruiting and resume-sites searches)
• Great attention to detail
• Outstanding verbal and written communication/customer service skills
• Problem-solving ability
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent computer skills (MS Office/Google Platform)
