Education
- Bachelor's degree in **Management Information Systems (MIS), Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Technology, or a related field** required.
- Equivalent combination of education and relevant IT industry experience may be considered.
Preferred Certifications

Experience
- 2–5 years of experience in IT support, systems administration, managed services, technical account management, or a related technology role.
- Experience working directly with business clients and translating technical concepts into business-focused recommendations.
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365, cloud services, cybersecurity best practices, networking, and endpoint management.
