Job Title: Salesforce System Administrator
Duration: 8 Months
Location: Austin, TX
Responsibilities:
- Analyze business objectives, user requirements, workflows, and system limitations to recommend effective technology solutions.
- Identify alternative solutions, perform cost/benefit analysis, and document user needs, functional requirements, and system specifications.
- Manage, configure, and maintain multiple Salesforce Orgs, including setup from scratch and ongoing administration.
- Integrate Salesforce with third-party tools and platforms such as DocuSign and Azure Data Factory.
- Perform data migration, data mapping, data transformation, and validation activities.
- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce deployments.
- Troubleshoot Salesforce systems, resolve production issues, and provide 24/7 support as required.
- Review system capabilities and technical constraints to determine feasibility of new enhancements or program changes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, conduct requirement-gathering sessions, and translate business needs into technical requirements.
- Support Agile (Scrum) ceremonies and follow Agile methodology for planning, development, and delivery.
- Prepare detailed documentation including process flows, system configurations, and change requests.
Required education and experience:
- 7 years of Experience as a Salesforce Administrator, managing, maintaining, and overseeing the support of Salesforce Orgs and its environments. Implement and improve security policies and practices.
- 7 years of Experience in Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) process, coding standards, change control, and version management including CI/CD toolsets such as Flosum.
- 7 years of Experience in data migrations, data quality, systems integrations, 3rd party applications, and AppExchange products.
- 7 years of Experience is overseeing and providing guidance in troubleshooting and solving complex problems related to system software and hardware incident and problem calls and recommending technology solutions.
Preferred Skills:
- 5 years of Experience in implementing various authentication protocols (oAuth) to integ*******rd party applications. Experience in core web technologies including HTML5, JavaScript, jQuery, and web services (REST & SOAP, JSON & XML, etc.).
- 2 years of Experience in Salesforce implementation and development and in writing Apex programming, Visual force pages, Apex triggers, Aura Components, and lightning web components.
- 2 years of Experience with Salesforce integration tools like MuleSoft, Azure Data Factory and Jitterbit.
- 2 years of Agile Software Development Methodologies Experience.
- 2 years of Knowledge in implementing solutions using configurations (no-code) such as Flows, process builders, and workflow Rules, etc.
