Job Title: Salesforce Architect – Data Cloud (Data 360)
Location: Mclean, VA( Hybrid)

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement scalable Salesforce architecture with a focus on Data Cloud (Data 360).
- Lead end-to-end solution design including data modeling, ingestion, identity resolution, and activation.
- Define data strategies for unifying customer data across multiple sources.
- Integrate Salesforce with external systems using APIs, middleware, and ETL tools.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to translate requirements into solutions.
- Ensure best practices in data governance, security, and compliance.
- Provide technical leadership and mentor development teams.
- Optimize performance and scalability of Data Cloud implementations.
- Stay updated with Salesforce releases and Data Cloud innovations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 10 years of IT experience with 5 years in Salesforce architecture.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Data Cloud (Data 360 / CDP).
- Strong expertise in data modeling, data integration, ETL processes, and data warehousing concepts.
- Experience with Salesforce platforms: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud.
- Proficiency in APIs, MuleSoft, or other integration tools.
- Strong understanding of identity resolution, segmentation, and activation.
- Experience with SQL, big data technologies, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud Platform).
- Salesforce certifications such as Application Architect / System Architect / CTA preferred.
