We are seeking a detail-oriented Telecom Leasing Specialist to support network infrastructure leasing operations, contract administration, payment reconciliation, and account/vendor management. The ideal candidate will have experience managing physical network infrastructure leases, reviewing lease agreements, reconciling payments, and coordinating with landlords, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage network infrastructure leasing activities, including lease administration, renewals, amendments, and related documentation.
- Review lease agreements, contract terms, payment schedules, and other contractual obligations.
- Perform payment reconciliation to verify lease payments, identify discrepancies, and resolve billing issues.
- Manage relationships with landlords, property owners, vendors, and other stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate lease records, contract documentation, payment information, and account data.
- Track lease expirations, renewal dates, contractual changes, and payment obligations.
- Use Microsoft Excel to maintain records, analyze payment data, track discrepancies, and prepare reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to resolve lease-related issues and ensure contractual compliance.
- Support the review and administration of Estoppel Certificates and Subordination, Non-Disturbance, and Attornment Agreements (SNDAs), where applicable.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Experience in network leasing, telecommunications infrastructure leasing, or wireless site leasing.
- Strong knowledge of contract review, lease administration, and payment reconciliation.
- Experience in account management, vendor management, and stakeholder coordination.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis, reconciliation, and reporting.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple lease accounts, contractual deadlines, and payment-related activities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of Estoppel Certificates and Subordination, Non-Disturbance, and Attornment Agreements (SNDAs).
- Experience with telecommunications infrastructure, including cell sites, wireless towers, rooftops, and other leased network locations.
- Familiarity with lease renewals, amendments, landlord negotiations, and property-related documentation.
