Description
Must be able to schedule FEL to detailed execution
Prepare detailed P6 execution plan and work package file
Create Project and WBS in schedule, aligned with client requirements for cost and schedule reporting
Manage resource loading and logic links on individual task steps
Work with construction/execution personnel to develop the appropriate priorities for all construction work packages
Keep construction/execution personnel continually apprised of planning progress and any issues that may affect their ability to complete the work packages on time.
Assist supervision with work package reviews as required
Measure execution progress based on input from field supervision against baseline activities and report status regularly
Qualifications
Minimum High School Diploma
- Experience of cost and contractor management of large capital projects in an Engineering Chemical / Construction environment
- Experience with multi-discipline contracts & projects work
- General engineering skills
- High awareness of HSSE
- Understanding of planning & scheduling
- Read & understand Engineering & P&ID drawings
Local preferred - Toledo, OH area - per diem considered for qualified candidate
