Industrial Welder / Metal Fabricator
We are seeking a skilled Fabricator to join our team in Watertown, TN. The ideal candidate has experience in metal fabrication, blueprint reading, and welding, and takes pride in producing high-quality work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Required Experience
- TIG & MIG welding
- Metal fabrication using stainless steel, mild steel, and aluminum
- Reading blueprints, layout drawings, and fabrication specifications
- Operating fabrication equipment, including Press Brake
Schedule & Pay
- Full-Time
- Location: Lebanon, TN
- Hours: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
- Overtime, as needed
- Pay: $27.00–$29.00 per hour, based on experience and skill level
Applicants must successfully pass a practical welding test in MIG, TIG, and SMAW welding.

Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Valid driver's license required
- Ability to lift and carry at least 50 lbs.
- Minimum of 2 years of welding experience (required)
- Minimum of 2 years of metal fabrication experience (required)
- Ability to read blueprints and use a tape measure accurately
- Basic math and problem-solving skills
- Experience using hand and power tools
- Mechanical aptitude and knowledge of manufacturing processes
- Familiarity with industrial mechanics, rigging, pipe threading, and ductwork
- Ability to troubleshoot mechanical issues
- Prior experience operating a Press Brake (setup experience preferred)
- One or more years of production/manufacturing experience preferred
- Experience working in a fast-paced production environment
Essential Job Duties
- Manufacture and fabricate metal products from work orders, blueprints, and specifications.
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and layout plans to accurately fabricate and assemble components.
- Measure, mark, cut, shape, fit, and assemble stainless steel, mild steel, aluminum, and other metals.
- Perform MIG & TIG welding to produce high-quality finished products.
- Operate fabrication equipment, including Press Brake, saws, grinders, drills, and other hand and power tools.
- Set up and operate Press Brake and Shear equipment, including adjusting machine settings, stops, guides, blade angle, and pressure.
- Perform precision cutting, bending, beveling, trimming, and shearing operations to required specifications.
- Load, position, and secure materials manually or with hoists or overhead cranes when necessary.
- Install, repair, and modify fabricated metal components and equipment.
- Inspect finished parts to verify dimensions, quality, and compliance with specifications.
- Troubleshoot fabrication or mechanical issues and make necessary adjustments to ensure quality production.
- Perform routine maintenance and basic upkeep on fabrication equipment and tools.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area while following all company safety policies and OSHA requirements.
- Work safely in a variety of environments, including elevated work areas, varying temperatures, and confined spaces, when required.
- Assist with other production and fabrication tasks as assigned.
