- Manage automotive prototype programs from PO through final delivery
- Work directly with customers to understand requirements, timing, changes, and priorities
- Coordinate material, laser cutting, stamping/forming, welding, assembly, quality, and delivery
- Develop and maintain realistic production schedules
- Monitor programs closely and identify potential problems before they become delivery issues
- Coordinate engineering changes and communicate changes to the appropriate departments
- Work closely with shop personnel to keep programs moving
- Monitor material availability and coordinate with suppliers when necessary
- Help establish production timing and customer delivery commitments
- Track program status, costs, and overall performance
- Assist with quoting and estimating when needed
- Communicate program status to customers and company management
- Troubleshoot problems and find practical solutions
Pay: $54,096.54 - $65,148.52 per year
