Receptionist M-F 5pm-8pm

Job Summary:

We are seeking a friendly and professional Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our company, responsible for greeting guests, managing phone calls, and providing exceptional customer service. The Receptionist will play a key role in maintaining a positive and welcoming environment, ensuring that all office operations run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner.
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate personnel.
- Manage and distribute incoming mail and packages.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments for residents of community.
- Assist with administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies.
- Handle inquiries and provide information about the company and its services.
- Collaborate with other team members to enhance office efficiency and culture.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or training is a plus.
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a related role.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general office equipment.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
