What We Want:
You are a detail-oriented professional who is self-motivated and well organized. Planning, analyzing, and calculating financial data comes natural to you. Preference will be given to those with 2 or more years of accounting experience, and a bachelor’s degree in accounting. Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel will set you apart.
What You’ll Do:
As the Analyst, you will reconcile tenant ledgers, ensure billing compliance, and review leases/ property management records to ensure accuracy. The Analyst will post and apply tenant payments, deposits, credits, adjustments, and other receipts. As the Analyst, you will research and resolve discrepancies between lease accounting system and general ledger system.
