Looking for a fast- paced, well organized ASC with no nights, no weekends, no holidays, and no call?
Innovative Surgery Center is seeking an experienced Ambulatory Surgery RN who thrives in high efficiency environment and enjoys working with a collaborative surgical team.
Responsibilities:
- Ability to manage rapid patient turnover and maintain efficiency in a high volume Pain Management ASC.
- Prepare patients for surgery, including assessment and patient education.
- Provide post-operative care, monitoring patient recovery and managing post-surgical care needs.
- Administer medications and IVs (as needed).
- Collaborate with surgeons and the healthcare team to ensure smooth transitions for patients.
- Provide clear communication and compassionate care to patients and their families.
- Maintain accurate patient records and adhere to all safety protocols.
Qualifications:
- Active RN license in Maryland.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of pre/post-operative nursing experience, preferably in an ASC setting.
- BLS/ACLS certification required.
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
- This role is best suited for nurses who are comfortable with a fast -paced workflow and can quicky adapt to ASC protocols.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $37.00 - $43.00 per hour
