Join Our Team as a Factory Associate!
Job Summary:
We’re hiring for multiple entry-level positions on our 1st, 2nd and 3rd shifts! If you're reliable and teachable, this is a great opportunity to start a career in manufacturing. No experience or diploma needed, we provide training and a clear path to full-time employment.
What You’ll Do:
- Assemble and inspect plastic parts and components
- Scan and label parts accurately
- Pack products into totes, racks, or boxes
- Maintain a clean, organized work area
- Team lift used for items over 35 lbs
Requirements:
- No prior experience or diploma required
- Must be dependable and willing to learn
- Able to lift up to 30 lbs and work on your feet
- Work well in a team environment
