Key Responsibilities
- Candidate Screening & Processing: Conduct phone screens and guide candidates through the hiring process for available job opportunities.
- Background Verification: Process and monitor background checks to ensure compliance and accuracy.
- Customer Service: Handle incoming calls from prospective and active employees and clients, routing them as appropriate.
- Communication & Collaboration: Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills while working effectively within a team environment.
- Multitasking & Professionalism: Manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a positive and professional attitude.
Requirements
- Previous customer service experience and a genuine enjoyment of working with people.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
- Detail oriented, organized and able to work efficiently despite interruptions.
- High energy with the ability to sit at a computer and make continuous phone calls.
- Dependable and flexible, with the ability to work M-F, 8:00am – 5:00pm, with overtime as needed to meet deadlines.
