Role Description
As a Sales Consultant at Innovative Spas, you will be responsible for engaging with customers in our Virginia Beach showroom and providing personalized consultations to help them select the best products and services to meet their needs. You will maintain a thorough understanding of our product inventory, assist customers with inquiries, negotiate sales, and ensure a smooth purchasing process. This part-time, on-site role also requires ensuring customer satisfaction and providing a positive in-store experience.
Qualifications
- Strong Sales Consulting and Consulting abilities to assist customers in selecting the best solutions for their needs
- Excellent Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to enhance the shopping experience
- Clear and effective Communication skills to provide detailed product information and build strong customer relationships
- Previous experience in retail sales or a customer-facing role is preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, to meet retail demands
