Key Responsibilities
Equipment Installation and Maintenance
- Install, calibrate, and perform preventative maintenance on automotive repair equipment.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues, replacing faulty components as needed.
- Conduct safety inspections to ensure compliance with technical standards and specifications.
Customer Engagement and Support
- Actively listen to customers' technical concerns, providing clear and effective solutions.
- Deliver timely, professional responses to inquiries, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- Offer on-site training and guidance to customers on proper equipment use and maintenance.
Technical Expertise
- Exhibit strong hands-on skills in diagnosing and repairing advanced collision repair equipment.

Required Qualifications
Technical Expertise

Experience
- 3 years of hands-on experience in a technician role, ideally within the collision repair industry.
- Proven skills in mechanical and electrical troubleshooting and repair.
