Treatment Coordinator / Front Office
Join a private dental practice where your work truly makes a difference. We're looking for an experienced, friendly, and confident Treatment Coordinator who enjoys building relationships with patients, presenting treatment, and helping the practice grow.
This is a small private office where you'll play an essential role in both patient care and front office operations. If you're organized, dependable, and enjoy working in a team-focused environment, we'd love to meet you.Schedule- Monday – Friday- 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM- Full-timePay- $26–$29 per hour (based on experience)
Responsibilities
- Welcome patients and provide an exceptional experience.
- Answer phones and schedule appointments.- Verify insurance benefits.
- Present treatment plans and explain financial options.
- Collect payments and maintain accurate patient accounts.
- Follow up on pending treatment to improve case acceptance.
- Keep the schedule productive and organized.
- Work closely with the doctor to help patients move forward with treatment.
Qualifications
- Previous dental front office and treatment coordinating experience required.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Comfortable discussing finances and closing treatment.
- Knowledge of dental insurance and treatment presentation.
- Organized, reliable, and able to multitask.
- Experience with dental practice management software is preferred.
