Innovative Smiles Llc in Hatfield, PA is looking for one dental laboratory caseworker to join our 16 person strong team. We are located on 107 East Broad St. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, punctual, and hard-working.
Responsibilities
- Be responsible with entering, editing, and posting Dental Lab Cases
- Ensure the doctor's preferences are being met.
- Provide detailed lab instructions for cases (as required) to meet the doctors and patients expectations.
- Have some computer knowledge
- Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
- Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
- Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing and faxing
- Documents actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and records.
Qualifications

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
