What are the responsibilities and job description for the Accounts Receivable - Collections position at Innovative Restorations?
Innovative Home Services is looking for someone to help us with Billing & Accounts Receivable. This is not far from what medical billing professionals do, and we can teach you the differences of the medical billing world. You would be working with Insurance adjusters to get our scope of work paid for to save the frustration of home owners having to step in and deal with this themselves.
Our goal is to get approval on our scopes so that we can put their home back together after a disaster as quickly as possible with the least amount of disruption in their daily lives and as little out of pocket as possible!
You will take our paperwork after a repair quote is written and negotiate it with the adjuster. Once approved you will hand it back to a project manager to take to completion!

We are looking for someone that has:
- 2 years experience in sales & negotiation or medical billing of some kind.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong telephone customer service skills.
- Basic keyboarding skills, and a knowledge of, or ability to learn about, collection procedures and governing laws applicable to position.
- Ability to learn new software as necessary (we will teach you)
There is some administrative duties outside of billing as well.
THIS IS NOT a remote position. You work from our office in Crossville
