- Provide excellent customer support through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries, issues, and product information while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Perform data entry tasks to maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement in service delivery.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Utilize computer systems to manage customer accounts and track service requests.
- Demonstrate effective phone etiquette while engaging with customers.
Experience
- Proficiency in multiple languages is required; fluency in English and at least one other language is preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service or client services is highly desirable.
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with sales techniques and the ability to analyze customer needs.
- Excellent typing skills to ensure efficient communication and documentation.
- Prior experience in cash handling is a plus.
