Duties
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their needs in a friendly and professional manner.
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely fulfillment.
- Maintain an organized workspace and keep inventory levels updated to meet market demands.
- Utilize automotive diagnostics knowledge to provide informed recommendations to customers.
- Handle customer inquiries regarding products, services, and order status.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and high-quality service delivery.
- Use Excel for tracking orders and maintaining records as needed.
- Provide support in resolving customer complaints or issues promptly.
Experience
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred; experience in the automotive industry is required.
- Proficiency in math for handling transactions and inventory management.
- Multilingual abilities are highly desirable to better serve our diverse customer base.
- Familiarity with automotive service processes and diagnostics is beneficial but not required.
