What are the responsibilities and job description for the Social Worker (LCSW and RSWI) position at Innovative Renal Care?
Social Workers help patients understand their rights and responsibilities, and guide them in managing the physical, mental, emotional, and financial demands of End Stage Renal Disease.Responsibilities include assessing, educating, and collaborating with patients on care planning.
Work Experience
- Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program. Current or eligible for state licensure, if required.
- Meets state-specific requirements (e.g., LCSW and supervision, if applicable).
- LCSW and RSWI preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical social work experience, preferably in an ESRD setting.
- CPR certification preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret safety, operating, and procedure documents.
- Effective communication skills with clients and staff.

- $31.59 - $41.95 / hour depending on experience and qualifications
