- Monday / Wednesday / Friday – 5:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. (three shifts per day)
- Tuesday / Thursday / Saturday – 5:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. (two shifts per day)

About The Role
As a Registered Nurse (RN), you’ll deliver safe, high-quality dialysis care for patients living with end-stage renal disease (ESRD). You’ll build long-term relationships with patients and collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team committed to consistent, compassionate care.
What You’ll Do
- Provide dialysis treatments in accordance with all clinical standards
- Assess, monitor, and document patient status
- Administer medications and respond to changes in condition
- Educate patients and families on dialysis and home care
- Partner with the care team to individualize treatment plans
- RN license in Massachusetts
- ADN required; BSN preferred
- Current BLS/CPR
- Dialysis experience strongly preferred
- ICU, CCU, ER, or Med Surg backgrounds also valued
