Registered Dietitian – Dialysis Clinic
Location: Dartmouth, MA 02747
Schedule: Full-time, day shifts (30–39 hours per week) No Sundays No Overnights
Innovative Renal Care is hiring a Registered Dietitian (RD) to support patients living with chronic kidney disease at our 31-station outpatient dialysis clinic in Dartmouth. You’ll join a collaborative care team serving both in-center hemodialysis (ICHD) and peritoneal dialysis (PD) patients - helping them manage their nutritional needs and improve overall health outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive nutrition assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Provide ongoing renal diet education and counseling for patients and families
- Review monthly lab results and collaborate with physicians and nurses to adjust nutrition goals
- Participate in interdisciplinary care planning and Quality Assessment & Performance Improvement (QAPI) activities
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with ESRD guidelines and patient privacy standards
- Registered Dietitian (Commission on Dietetic Registration)
- Active Massachusetts state license (or eligibility for licensure)
- At least 1 year of clinical nutrition experience (supervision allowed if newly registered)
- Previous dialysis or ESRD nutrition experience preferred
- Strong communication, patient-education, and teamwork skills
- Commitment to patient dignity, safety, and high-quality care
